Indications: Active immunization of pigeons against salmonellosis. Onset of immunity: 14 days after the second injection.
Duration of immunity: 12 months, as demonstrated by challenge.
Contraindications: Do not vaccinate sick animals or those suspected of other diseases.
Adverse reactions: Swelling at the application site may frequently occur.
-very common (more than 1 in 10 animals showing adverse reactions during a treatment)
-common (more than 1 but less than 10 animals out of 100 animals)
-uncommon (more than 1 but less than 10 animals out of 1000 animals)
-rare (more than 1 but less than 10 animals out of 10000 animals)
-very rare (less than 1 animal out of 10000 animals, including isolated reports)
If you notice any serious reactions or other effects not mentioned in this leaflet, please inform your veterinarian.
Dosage: 0.3 ml subcutaneously in the neck area or intramuscularly in the thigh muscle.
Young pigeons: vaccinated from 4 weeks of age. The second dose is recommended 21-28 days after the first vaccination.
Adult pigeons: vaccinated once a year, but no later than 14 days from the start of flights or the racing season.
Storage: Store at temperatures between 2-8 degrees Celsius, protected from sunlight.
Do not freeze!
Once opened, use within 10 hours.
