Orders placed by 2 PM are shipped on the same day. Delivery by courier takes 24–48 hours within Romania, and 7–10 days internationally.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. Contact us at sales@columbovet.ro and we will guide you through the process.

After shipment, you will receive an email with the AWB number and the courier tracking link. You can track your parcel directly on the courier's website.
