How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed and shipped quickly. Delivery by courier takes 24–48 hours in Romania and 7–10 days internationally. During peak periods, processing may take until the next day.
How can I return a product?
We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date, for unopened products in their original packaging. Contact us at sales@columbovet.ro and we will guide you through the process.

How do I track my order?
After shipment, you will receive an email with the AWB number and the courier tracking link. You can track your parcel directly on the courier's website.
Are the products authentic?
Yes. We are direct importers for all brands in the store—Belgica de Weerd, Rohnfried, Cest Pharma, Polmark, and others. You buy directly from the source, without intermediaries.
Do you deliver outside Romania?
Yes, we ship throughout Romania and internationally — including to countries outside Europe via Romanian Post. Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
